Creature from the Void

We didn't have much enthusiasm for a walk this morning, not helped by the grisly weather. So we opted for a lazy day.

We did venture out to Silverdale Country Park this afternoon for a bit of fresh air. It's park created form Silverdale Colliery and is full of wildlife. We found the Cinnabar Moth Caterpillars in the ragwort in an area of the park called The Void. I was kicking myself as I only took a kit lens as I wasn't thinking of photographing insects, so this is heavily cropped.
