Cuil Bay

The first day of orienteering today. The least said the better! Not fit enough for the long course and didn’t have enough fluid/food on board for my run. Onwards and upwards hopefully.

That aside the views were fabulous over the loch. Afterwards we travelled to Cuil Bay near Duroc to meat other club members. I enjoyed a swim but took a while to acclimatise to the water temperature. Then a walk to see an interesting beach side cottage. Before returning to the cottage for sustenance.
