Swiss National Day

We have finally settled in a rental property for this month and possibly next. We are very grateful to one of our daughter’s friends for renting us her home. Short term furnished rentals are in very short supply. We are relieved to be able to unpack our suitcases for the first time since leaving Edinburgh on 9th July.

After settling in we walked to our daughter’s home to watch the end of the Hungarian Grand Prix and a closely contested game of ok Play! ( A strategic game for all the family!)

For nine years I had a voluntary role in Geneva. I always remember my former Swiss colleagues and friends on their national day.
