Great balls of fire!

This sunset is straight out of the phone camera. We were walking Ali to her car and noticed the colours of the light on the fence post so turned round, and wow!
Saturday today, the day started with feeding my friend's cat. I spent much of the rest of the day tidying the bedroom sorting out my shoe cupboard - still got too many but it is getting better - and taking things to the charity shop. Surprisingly, one of the things which has improved the room most is removing a very nice cream rug. The room looks much less cluttered now somehow.
Ali came over this afternoon and we all had fish and chips for tea from the chippy. Fish and chips twice in a week is very unusual and not at all typical. Today's was from the chippy though the others were home cooked, well the fish was, the chips were oven chips!
It was a much cooler day today but none the worst for that. The garden enjoyed the occasional shower too.
Keep safe everybody, numbers are dropping well, I do hope the vaccine take up amongst the young picks up. I do feel that the anti vac talk is wicked and dangerous, and affecting others, not just to those who are choosing not to have the vaccine.
