Lost and found

I’d seen an Alpkit map reading day advertised so thought I’d make the most of being close by and sign up. I’m forever getting lost up hills so thought I might learn some helpful skills.

It was a great day, really useful and with some great people. I’m not confident that I’ll never get lost again, but hopefully now it may happen a little less often.

Lovely that bulliblips et al were still at the campsite visiting when I arrived back so got to watch Z&I run round like crazy people while we sat in the warmth of the van and watched them.

Dinner at one of the locals tonight to round off a most excellent time away.
