Blue moon

Sometimes, when I go out into the garden, I catch a glimpse of something blue shimmering in the sunlight. Then I find that it is of course the wind spinner that I think our grandchildren gave us some while ago. It isn’t really in a place where it can spin and foliage has grown around it, but it is so pretty anyway. We should move it perhaps.

It was reported in The Guardian today and - what a surprise - further planned infillings are not going to happen at the moment. We do think this was a test - can we do this really quick ‘maintenance’ without anyone noticing? The trouble is - it was noticed.
