phone apps

Two days ago when we stopped on Wilkerson Pass, I met a lady who introduced me to a phone app called "Picture This." We were wondering what a certain bird was so she pulled out her camera, took a photo, enlarged it on her view screen, then took a photo of the screen with her phone. Instantly an identification came up! There is also a Picture This app for plants.
So this morning I saw a new to me bird. Click, click, now I know it is a Clark"s nutcracker! Later today when on our hike I used the plant app for the wildflowers. Sadly, the app could not identify the wispy flower in the bottom right of the collage. Any ideas?
The other two photos are my attempt to practice landscape photography. They were taken from Shrine Pass.
