I spent most of my childhood in school and now I spent most of my adulthood in schools through teaching and consulting. Schools are really wonderful places. They are full of life, learning and laughter.

I think in Australia schools are changing too, mainly for the better. There is a lot more student guided learning, exciting experiences using technology and a focus on real life. I am not supportive of the amount of testing and the crowded curriculum but I am still constantly inspired by all that schools do.

Teachers are amazing.
