Teasel

Catching up with back blips . Every evening we have been enjoying a lovely local walk in the woodlands at Meon Vale, an ex MoD army training camp, where our grandchildren live.
I believe this plant is Teasel although I don’t recall seeing it growing wild in our part of Scotland - plenty of the yellow Ragwort though at home ! 

I had to add another picture of Poppy this time entertaining herself with some of her toys - why everything needs to be hauled out of the toy cupboard every time defeats me other than to keep granny and grandpa busy before mummy returns from work !!
