Notes: Woke with stomach issues better but still very present. Light easy day of mostly liquids, a bit of toast and later some pretzels. Did take the garbage out and the heat felt good so went to pool for 1/2 hour. Was really hot tho and made me a bit dizzy. Started feeling better in the evening.
