Notes: Had done some childhood re-examining over the weekend and remember thinking, it's about time for another gut dump. Well, was spot on with that. Day started out normal, green shot, coffee mix, cooked a batch of wild rice (that stayed in the pot for over 5 hrs until I could put it away). Came out of the blue, in the bathroom a lot, excessive sweating, chills, dizzy. Laid down for long time before I could get off couch. Was tough but hot epsom bath felt good, then took 1/2 to be able to stand much upright after that and then still needed to lay down again. Back out of bed 555p, doing a bit better, will try some liquid again. Even the Pepto from before didn't go well. Early afternoon clouds out over the birds on the golf course.
