Taught Lou how to make the special - 'cheese donuts'! She seemed to like it! 

I was up early this morning (08:30!) and it hurt! I was at school just after 10, as I planned to go and have a bit of a tidy up and sort out. A couple of the team were in too, so it was nice to just crack on, with many hands making light work. 

Home by 1pm (in the pouring rain) to watch the gymnastics. I could have had a nap, but then Ro and Little B came after his haircut (he was maimed, and has a small cut above his eyebrow) and then Lou and Shelle. A happy afternoon ensued, and then by 5pm it was all over, and I retreated for a snack and zone-out behind my computer! 

I had my second supervision session tonight, which felt better than the first! It was nice knowing I didn't have school tomorrow, and I'm signed off to get my first client...
