Nothing straightforward today.

Sums up my day perfectly. A contorted hazel.

Having a week away from work, trying to do things I should've done ages ago. Started badly with a trip to B&Q to get curtain rails and found I'd measured in the wrong currency. Then a visit to Hell Ikea. I'll give that a miss for another 5 years.

I have to say it ended well with a meal out and mocha creme brulee to die for.
