I’ve been feeling strangely lethargic and achy all day, with that sensitive, tender feeling on my skin and in my joints that you get when you’re going down with something. I took a Covid lateral flow test to be on the safe side and, thankfully, that came back negative so I think it may just be a combination of too much sun in the last week and overdoing things at yesterday’s Park Run. 

Anyway, all I’ve done today is a lot of lounging around watching the Olympics and a short stroll this afternoon so here you have an emergency blip of the agapanthus with a bonus blurry visitor.
