Notes: Didn't step outside until evening to check the mail and grabbed the pic of one of the many great trees I pass on the way to the pool and bay. Morning was Vitamix-productive, made a batch of hummus and raw tomato sauce (pesto yesterday). Also a load of laundry and watched some videos. Another meditation that turned into groggy afternoon nap. Early dinner of leftover tofu stir-fry.
