Notes: Awake even earlier (515a) with anxiety. Waited until almost light and went for 30 min jog/walk. Went out to the beach around 915a and walked some before going to the pool. Talked to Alice for awhile about the job and how to work thru being ok with it; or at least giving a shot for 3 months (felt better). Enough sun then and went in, had a smoothie, headed to Publix for few things.  Afternoon and evening storms then that kept moving thru - Publix sushi for dinner. Quiet rest of the day.
