It was HORRIBLE.

I twisted my knee at 35km mark and then dragged my leg to 53km where upon removing my shoe we noticed I’d cut the circulation off to my big toe and they had to take a scalpel to a blood blister which was ENORMOUS… insert a vomity face here … it took me 16 hours to do just the 53km which is too long . Now I’ve got a huge knee and a manky big toe and I’m lying on the floor of a premier inn as there are no beds left … what a crap day !!oh and it was torrential rain and fog for 5 hours … magic
