And relax…

So many photos to chose from on a spectacular day.  We started by driving in considerable heat, for the West Coast of Scotland from Mallaig to Kilchoan.  The views were lovely all the way from the ferry crossing from Skye to the narrow road approaching Kilchoan along the shores of Loch Sunart.  The last 18 miles were single track and there were quite a lot of oncoming cars but when we got to the ferry only one car got off and only three got on.

Mull was busy though and as we drove past Calgary we could see the beach was too.  Luckily we arrived at the house before Henry and B, C and Ivy, her first trip to Mull!  Her sleep patterns all interrupted and she was up during dinner!

There was a curlew outlined on the hill as we turned into the farm and we could hear its extraordinary cry.   We bumped into P who told us there was a nest there with two young.

As you can see glorious sunset
