Almost!

There were three seagull chicks in the nest on Alf’s roof a few weeks ago, down to two now. They have been preparing to fly for the last couple of days, and this morning I spent some time watching their antics of wing flapping and lifting up, only to see them flop back down on the roof. All the time the parents are circling and chattering, presumable telling them it’s time to leave home! I didn’t see any successful flight but it was much quieter this afternoon, so just maybe! 

Did chores today, full clean through and a pile of ironing! Mr L cooked and then we drove up to the water tower and I walked Dog on the beach, while Mr L watched! 

Liam and Megan both very poorly and Liam also has toothache. I did an online shop for them today so that they are set up for their isolation. Fingers crossed Sarah doesn’t catch it from him.
