Sheep in the shade

Mary and I went to the Community Gardens, Peebles Can, this morning, where we spent time weeding around some leeks that Mary had helped to plant several weeks ago.

Some friends on their way back home to Redhill stopped off for lunch with us and our friend Walid persuaded Mark and Mary to go for ice cream with him in Peebles this afternoon.  

It must be very hot for these sheep in their woolly jackets just now - some cooler weather now forecast for next week will be very welcome for us all
