Another hot one

Was really tired today but didn't ache which means I must be getting fitter! Had a morning full of meetings which I got through in one piece, managed to carve out a bit of writing time this afternoon, but carried on writing till late tonight 

Ex colleague spotted on the news over a dispute- why am I not surprised!
