Poppies

I got a lovely surprise to see that some of the red poppies had opened this morning . They are in Angela’s wildflower bed at the allotment.
In the morning I met Ana and Carol for a walk at Caerlaverock Nature reserve. It was good to have a catch up.
Later I shared a pop up yoga class in the spacious Crichton grounds. Despite the heat I had 17 in the class. We managed to find a shady spot to practice with a cooling breeze made it manageable.
