Recovering

My sweetheart cat Cassie had an operation today on the growth on her head . Dave and the team at a the Bards Vet are excellent and I trusted their abilities to care for my precious cat.
I was teaching 3 yoga classes today , for different community groups.
By mid afternoon I phoned up to find out how the op had gone . They had removed the growth and sent it for pathology, they took bloods and gave her IV fluids to maintain her kidney function.
Poor Cassie peed in her basket while I drove home, and I had stupidly omitted to put newspaper at the bottom of her cat carrier ! A grim journey home. So poor Cassie had to go straight up to the bathroom to get the pee washed off her body . Not what she was wanting after enduring an operation.
Laurence is here so we are having a quiet evening at home .
