Victorian boathouse…only £1.5 m

This is a view from the Thames which I took while kayaking, of a lovely Victorian boathouse which is actually a well refurbished two bedroom house. I don’t think the boat is included for £1.5 million! 
This is very near where we live. Sir Donald Gosling,  founder of NCP National Car  Parks died a couple of years ago and his estate is being sold off…..4 properties in total in Hampton Wick. Three seem to be under offer but not this one. Check out the Savills website and search for properties in Hampton Wick. His main house is for sale for over £8 million. As it’s very near us we hope that the house will just be updated, which is needed, and that they will not apply for planning for anything higher like flats.
