GROOVY.....

....Barbie. Thanks to Laurie54 for the great themes this month & for hosting MonoMondays. I'm sorry I haven't been answering comments but I thank you for all those that have been left, which I appreciate very much. I left the house at 7:50 this morning and didn't get home until 7:15 this evening. I'd had this idea to use Barbie for my blip, but had to get on it as soon as I got home before I lost all the light. 
Tom had his PICC line placed this morning & it went well. He will--barring any unforeseen circumstances--come home tomorrow. I spoke with the Oncologist this morning, and the Infectious Disease doc early this afternoon.  He'll be needing IV antibiotics through the PICC line every 12 hours for 11 more days. In the hospital each dose has to infuse over 3 hours, but I'm not sure if I'll have to use the same time frame at home--the pharmacist will bring all the meds to Tom's room tomorrow and go over the instructions for them. They'll also set up some type of infusion home care, but only so that I'd have a resource if I had problems with the line or the med infusions. I've got it covered. :)
