Life In Wales

Diddly Squat

We didn't have any plans today, other than a few jobs - Alan had bought some new spot lights and strip lights for the kitchen which he wanted to fit, and I had to go and do a food shop.  I also wanted to go to the Artisan Market in Colwyn Bay so I went there first, followed by a trip to Tesco and on the way home I wen back to the Scarecrow Festival at  Lynsfaen.  I only went to Blip Jeremy & Kaleb as I thought these were the best of all we saw the other day, but unfortunately Jeremy's tractor wasn't there (It was the other day) as all prize winners were being collected by tractor and taken to a central judging area. and it was being used to collect them.  I'm not sure where Jeremy came in the judging but in our opinion, it was the best and when I spoke to the guy responsible for them, I suggested he send a photo to Jeremy and he said he had done.

Once home and shopping unpacked we decided to go out for a bike ride and ended up cycling 11 miles to the Little Orme and back, stopping at a beach cafe for drinks. Everywhere was quite busy due to the good weather, but even so, it was still quiet compared to Brighton beach.

Tonight we sat in the garden and then had a Tesco Thai meal which was really nice.
