Hay day ....

Another dry day so once I’d been round the cattle , dropped off the fert spreader from yesterday and hitched up the round baler.
Headed off next door to bale up the end riggs of a couple of fields. Kev on carting the bales in and wee brother on the wrapper.
After I had baled everything that was rowed up, hitched up the tedder onto the wee Claas and scattered the field of grass the silage contractor cut last night. The plan is to try and make it into hay if the weather holds.
That’s 3 fields lying cut now. Have started a craze as next door neighbour was out with his mower too.
Went down the road tonight to feed the cattle and spotted the contractor pal doing his own hay. He has borrowed my bale sledge so nipped in to see how things were going. This wee John Deere and baler are borrowed too as a 400+Hp Fendt is a wee bit too big for the job !
