Elderly Neighbor

Ahhh...survived another auction...while we didn't raise as much as we have in past years, it was, I believe, more than the school board projected. I am enjoying the feeling a being without a major project looming. There's almost always a project to do for someone so this is a lovely feeling.

Went outside to enjoy the sun (!) and find something to blip. My neighbor was weeding so spent a lovely hour outside with her chatting. This is Mocha. She's getting up a bit in years but is still willing to play ball with my nine-year-old daughter. She's a wonderful, gentle dog and is a great neighbor to have. Our cats aren't quite as thrilled when she comes to visit as we are though.
