Well Trodden Path

Granny duty first thing.
First Ruby to work, she expects to be run off her feet at the tea shop.
Then back to get Verity to take her to school.
While l was at the Devonshire Estate l saw a parking spot near Bolton Bridge ( see extra) and so stopped and walked down to the path that leads to the priory about two miles away.
Lovely to see it so quiet early in the morning.

Supermarket shop then home.
Just had a parcel delivered, a new rucksack and some sandals, both in the sale.
Will then spend an hour in the garden, doing that nice sort of pottering  where you nip off the dead heads on the roses and pick another bunch of sweet peas.My reward after a lot of hard work over the past couple of weeks.

Then picking up Verity then Ruby to take them home. Will be back here late afternoon .
I live in a a detached house on a row of four and all houses are empty expect for me, so l expect it to be quiet.
