Rosslyn

Such a beautiful sunny day today :O)

Even ventured out of Edinburgh it was so nice! Not that it isn't great to enjoy sunny days in Ed! But sometimes its nice to break out into the surrounding countryside.

Went to see Rosslyn Chapel which was very beautiful indeed.
I would also like to stress at this point that I did not visit it for any Dan Brown related reason! I have shivers even thinking about that book now. Not that I've read it, but anyone who has worked in Bookselling in the last few years will understand... Yes, yes I know its great, everyone and their dog has informed me of this... Still not my cuppa tea.

Anyway, I've not been before so I was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't all about the Knights Templar after all ;o)

Unfortunately my camera battery died on me again (must be more vigilant!) so this blip is taken with my phone.

Really shattered now, spent the rest of the day stretched out on the sofa, big long sleep in order I think! xxx
