Inner play

The title of this sculpture that we have in our home. The artist is Frans Boekkooi who we know, formerly living in PE, but now in the well known Nieu Bethesda, a charming small town in the Eastern Cape. It is  filled with interesting art galleries, restaurants and other charming, often quirky places. The next SA photographic congress is there in September. We're hoping to go, all being well. It's a photographers paradise.
South Africa's woes continue, with food shortages, vaccination sites halted and loss of medical supplies in the affected areas being major problems. In my city, community leaders and the taxi associations are working together to speak to the people and avoid any conflict.
