Friday fun

I played around with a photo of a pretty mauve flower - can't remember the name, hence this distorted view! 
I decided to stay away from the news today...worked in the garden and watched the golf and cricket on TV instead. I feel more relaxed this evening!
Things seem to have calmed down somewhat, but the death and injury toll is alarming. Communities are coming together, determined to stop the violence. We'll get through this, but a lot of cleaning up and rebuilding is needed. My hometown remains calm.
