Cusworth Hall

We were on childminding duty today- looking after youngest granddaughter.

We went to Cusworth Hall and after coffee and a visit to the playground we walked around the grounds. As we walked by the lake the sun came out and lit up the house and I thought it looked good with the dark clouds behind.

We managed to walk up this slope back to the cafe for lunch! At one point Emily wanted to go back in her pushchair- but I didn’t fancy the extra load to push and persuaded her to walk! Earlier I was amused by the sign as I went to pay for the car park (see extra). A sign of the times!
