New to me
I bought a Fitbit at the start of April 2020 to track my walking during lockdown 1. About a month ago it just stopped working… out of warranty of course!
However I chatted with Amazon and they said I could send it off to be repaired at their cost:-))) I received a text saying they’d received it about a week ago and then an email saying a new one was in the post!
I know some are caustic about the giant online shop but I am impressed with this service.
So today when it arrived I set up as a new one and hey presto good to go again. Timely for my walking holiday in a few weeks …
