In honour of a certain football match later I’ve made a St George’s pavlova. I’ve made 00s before and this isn’t my finest ( it won’t come off the paper without crumbling or could end up as Eton Mess! ) plus I can’t find the good glass dish I wanted to serve it on. But hopefully it’ll be received well at our friends’ barbecue . See you on the other side…
