Not feeling the best, but needing essential supplies such as Paracetamol I headed down to Asda quickly.
Stopped off at the harbour , noticing low tide and the curlews in action. A grey day with heavy downpours, this is not converted to black and white.

Planning to spend the day sleeping/resting as have to be on top form for Jury Duty tomorrow:(
