Wee calf

Up and out early for a walk along the cliff path, Raad Ny Follan, from Port St Mary to the Calf of Man Sound. Up and down, four miles of hot and sweaty work. Rewarded ourselves with a cup of tea at the Calf Sound Cafe and hopped on the miniature bus back to the village.
Poor daughter ( again) has to isolate until PCR test and results and only allowed into the garden to exercise. We stretched this slightly to the tennis court behind the garden and played tennis all afternoon, coming in to watch Djokovic’s victory. Wee snooze and it was time to head up to Douglas to the TT Granstand which is now the islands Covid centre. Not a bike in sight. Quickly done and hoping she’s negative otherwise the holiday is going to be a total waste of time / slight disappointment.
We shall hear tomorrow. Got Port Erin chips on the way home and looked for dolphins in the harbour. Home to watch some football game which held us right to the last second. What a shame for those poor guys, the very real devastation of their faces both in the pitch and in the crowd.
I would not want to be Italian in London tonight!
