Blipper to be??

An early start with Charlie here. We got out and about with cameras and did a 'photo walk'. I remembered an old compact camera we have, so Nate used that one. He utterly loved it and took some great shots (as well as not so great ones - lots of legs, ha!). All 3 of the kids had a fab time. Each chose their top 9 favourite pics and we created collages and printed them at the the local photo shop. Nice to have an end product. Nate has continued the theme and been taking photos all day and evening! 
Danny's been a taxi service for a family out here visiting a loved one in prison - so lovely hearing about how well it went when his toddler daughter saw him again!
This evening we met Claire and went to an exhibition opening of an artist called Rafa Maccarón. It was so colourful, and he was milling about too. The kids came and joined us and loved all the art. The official photographer took pics of Nate taking pics of the pieces. We rounded the evening off with a paddle in the sea...and then poor Danny had almost 2 hours looking for a parking space. Summer is here...

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The amount of street friends we saw when wandering about today - a lot of catch ups which was lovely.
2) The kids delight (all 3) re photography. We took a dinosaur to act as model in various places.
3) An evening with Claire, she's deep in the Hamp5on family heart.
