A Grand Day Out

I’m sure it isn’t a year since my last birthday but it seems it is.  No chance of celebrating on our favourite Greek island again this year so instead we headed off to Overstrand for a walk along the beach followed by a rather good seafood lunch in Rocky Bottoms at West Runton.  We also called in to the Shire Horse Sanctuary at Runton; a rescue centre for horses and cows.  Well worth a visit.  My main shot is from there but I’ve added a few extras from the beach.

We had thought of having a walk into town this evening for a drink and maybe something to eat but we’re both still full from lunch.  Maybe another time!
