Duke Of Portland's Boathouse

Another early start to make the most of a day in the lakes.

The light was anything but kind as we passed this famous boathouse on the shores of Ullswater but, I was pleased we stopped as it was the only photo I took all day.

The sun came out for a while during our brief visit to Windemere.
It was busy everywhere so we opted to drive to the campsite and take Jorgie for a walk alongside the River Kent again.
