Make Every Day Memorable

By Jorgiesmum

Up and away from the campsite before most people had stirred.
Calm and misty again for our trip down to the borders.

We drove along the coast and then up through Glen Coe for the last time.
Here the weather was looking less summery but the car parks were already full with weekend walkers etc

There was a continuous stream of traffic going in the opposite direction as we drove past Loch Lomond.
We seem to have timed our holiday perfectly, leaving Scotland just as the Scottish schools have broken up.

By the time we had reached Moffat, our stop over for the night, it was raining. No point in going out to explore the area so we watched more football and tennis.
