The Day of Rest

Goodbye JN, well after we’d fed ourselves brunch at Lucy’s, I took him on the high road to Oban.
I gather at home there is much flooding. I’d seen no rain until on the drive back to the boat. Torrential! At Ardfern though, it was fine and I sat out the back of the boat with my Sunday papers in the sunshine.
