Treading the Boards

Time to get sanding and re-varnishing those floorboards on the boat. I think rather too much was neglected last winter. Then a pick up of the granddaughter from nursery and a delivery trip over to Barton to drop her off at “Papa” - not to be confused with Grandpa. I’m the grand one.
And then a film - Benediction - Terence Davies's take on Siegfried Sassoon’s unhappy life after WW1. And very sad it is too. With the most lovely music.
