Grilled
Growing up mom would slice these into medallions batter them and fry them. I believe she even fried them in butter. Not the healthiest way to eat them but I believe all four of us kids ate them without question. As an adult you try and eat better right? I actually really like them grilled with just a bit of salt and pepper maybe a touch of olive oil to prevent sticking. The grill marks also make them look pretty.
