Umbrellas

We had less rain today than advertised. The full extent of yesterday’s flash flooding in the city centre was all over the news today.

Our big news today was that our daughter was born on this day 39 years ago. Where does the time go?! She celebrated her birthday at the weekend in Gloucestershire as she had a busy day at work there today.

It was all go on the home front here again today in what turned out to be a bit of a stop start kind of a day. We hope for more start than stop as the week progresses.
