Malteser tray bake

This is my malteser tray bake ready to brave the trip to work today. Of course, as I had two big tins full of fragile baking, the train was delayed and so absolutely packed and I had to stand squashed in the aisle (next to a woman trying to read a broadsheet newspaper - really???). Was quite relieved to find that the goodies had survived the trip.

Tray bake and scones seemed to go down well with my team. Spent most of the day writing up my notes from yesterday.
