47 mile cycling round trip

Horsey - a trip of two halves - steady and slow to start with lots of times for stopping and looking, arrived at hickling nature reserve for a stop and walk round. Lovely lady helped us with our bikes - spotted two swallowtail butterflies - sun tan lotion reapplied then off for the return leg, gps batteries were running low so needed to speed up way faster coming back, scenery less pretty.

Very impressed with our 47 miles!!! Time for food at the local Nelson's Head
