Ruby in her room

Tried playing her some James Blake as she likes the XX so much but she's not having it.

It's chucked it down all day outside to the extent that Joe refused to wear his sports goggles this morning when he was playing football as he couldn't see through them. He claimed he couldn't see a thing without them either but he still managed to score two goals as his team coasted to victory.

I've a chicken demanding my attention now. I fried off some onions, garlic, diced chorizo and cubed sweet potato before stuffing the chicken with the mixture and so it's making the house smell great, hopefully it will taste good too.

Watched the songs at the start of the Wales v England match as I have a thing for communal singing and then switched it off as I don't get the egg chasing. I'll probably switch it on post chicken though just to see what's happening.
