Full up

Despite last nights late night had to be up early this morning as we were both off to a Thai Cookery Course that the lovely Claire bought us for Christmas.

Great day out with top tips and delicious food in a really lovely setting (despite the torrential rain outside!).

In a clockwise direction from top left:
Chicken Satay with peanut sauce and Gold Bags with dipping sauce
Tom Yam Soup with prawns
Coconut and Lemongrass Brûlée
Beef Salad
Green Chicken and Eggplant Curry *

We now can't move and the rest of the day will be spent reclining on the sofa!
