Friday

After a 3rd night of very little sleep I pulled myself out of bed for the penultimate hospital visit. They brought a prescription for sleeping tablets, so hopefully tonight will be better.
Two woman I hadn't seen before, but as usual, they were nice and supportive. 

Later met Mum for coffee which was frustrating. Once a week is more than enough. 

Later still my friend called to say she has Covid. I will need to get a home test as I saw her yesterday.
